PEEK material is a high-performance thermoplastic with excellent mechanical properties, biocompatibility, and chemical resistance. PEEK material also has strong resistance to degradation at high temperatures and elasticity under organic and aqueous conditions, which can handle chemicals, steam, water, and other available solvents in hospitals and clinics.
PEEK material has excellent stress cracking resistance and mechanical strength. Its long-term use temperature can reach 260℃, and its melting point is about 341℃.
PEEK plastics are commonly used in hot water or steam environments and can maintain high levels of physical properties such as bending strength and tensile strength. It can be used to manufacture parts that are lighter in weight, stronger, and have a longer lifespan in harsh environments.
Its applications include dental instruments, endoscopes, etc., sterile boxes, medical stents, discs, medical catheters, etc. are widely used scenarios of PEEK.
